Former Mercedes Junior driver Daniel is kick-starting his burgeoning single-seater career in 2025 with Hillspeed, as the team returns to GB4 for the first time since 2022.
After a sparkling karting career, where his talent and ability resulted in a place on the Mercedes F1 Academy programme and multiple title wins – actually becoming the first ever racer to win two British Championship crowns in a single year, the teenage sensation stepped-up to cars.
Debuting in British F4 in 2022, where he claimed an outright victory, five other podiums and was Vice-Champion in the Rookie class, Daniel returned to the category in 2023 and took three podiums before his campaign came to an early conclusion due to budget difficulties. Staying sharp by returning to karting in 2024, he also tested one of Hillspeed’s GB3 cars and built a strong relationship with the team.
